Toilets

The Oak Mall public toilets are in Upper Clyde Square and can be reached by ramp or escalator. There are 2 disabled toilets. Baby change facilities are available in both the male and female toilets. The toilets are open from 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 12 noon until 4pm on Sundays. Outside the Centre, there are public toilets run by Inverclyde Council in Hunters Place and King Street.

Car Park

Oak Mall has 2 car parks; Hunters Place and King Street offering 90 car-parking spaces.
*All car parks are £1 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours, thereafter a fine will be imposed by the parking company controlling the car parks.

Security

For your safety and security, Oak Mall is covered by a network of CCTV cameras. The malls are patrolled by fully trained security officers and first aid care is available if required.

Disabled Access

Oak Mall is mainly set out on one level, making it easily accessible for disabled visitors. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunter Place car park and a Shopmobility unit within the Centre, in Upper Clyde Square, which offers powered and manual wheelchairs (telephone 01475 732600 for more information). Oak Mall’s public toilets are located within Upper Clyde Square and have a ramp for access. There are 2 disabled toilets and baby change facilities.

Shop Mobility
