Oak Mall’s public toilets are in Upper Clyde Square and can be reached by ramp or escalator. There are 2 disabled toilets. Baby change facilities are available in both the male and female toilets. The toilets are open from 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays. Outside the Centre, there are public toilets run by Inverclyde Council in Hunters Place and King Street.
Oak Mall has 3 car parks, Hunter Place, King Street and Wallace Place, which offer over 90 free car-parking spaces. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunter Place car park. The opening times are as follows: Hunter Place & King Street: 9.30am - 7.30pm Wallace Place: 24 hours.
*All car parks are free of charge for 4 hours, thereafter a fine will be imposed by the parking company controlling the car parks.
For your safety and security, Oak Mall is covered by a network of CCTV cameras. The malls are patrolled by fully trained security officers and first aid care is available if required.
Oak Mall is mainly set out on one level, making it easily accessible for disabled visitors. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunter Place car park and a Shopmobility unit within the Centre, in Upper Clyde Square, which offers powered and manual wheelchairs (telephone 01475 732600 for more information).
